Creditor Case Access

Effective November 1st, 2020, we are transitioning creditor case access from 13Network to the National Data Center.

What does this mean for you?

If you are a creditor or represent creditors in Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases in the Orlando Division of the Middle District of Florida and desire up-to-date access to case information, you should register for an account with the National Data Center.

Note: if you represent both debtors and creditors, you will need to register for two accounts, one for debtors and another for creditors.

If you have already registered for a creditor account with the NDC, you do not need to take further action at this time. However, if you still access case information via 13Network, you should register with the NDC because, after November 1st, 2020, you will no longer be able to log in to 13Network.
